Check out: rooms to be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m.
Animals: we are sorry, but animals are not allowed
Confirmation:
a deposit of Euro 200,00 / 400,00 per room is required for a final confirmation.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure we will charge the full price. In case of cancellation we will keep the requested deposit ( we advise you to purchase holiday insurance to cover cancellation from our homepage )
Payment: you can pay your bill by credit card ( Visa, Mastercard ), bank transfer or cash only for a maximum amount of 4.999,00 Euro (according to the current Italian law cash payments over 5.000,00 Euro are not permitted).

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, we will charge the following charges:
More than 2 months prior to arrival - free of charges
2 months to 30 days before arrival 20% of booked value
29 to 15 days before arrival 30% of booked value
14 to 6 days before arrival 50% of booked value
5 to 2 days before arrival 80% of booked value
1 day before arrival or no show 100% of booked value
In case of early departure or late arrival we will calculate the full rate.
