At the restaurant in our hotel in the Italian Alps, we take you on a journey into the genuine flavors of our mountains. We prepare both typical Ladin and Italian dishes with great care and dedication, using selected ingredients and a lot of love.
The day begins with a wholesome sweet or savory breakfast, while in the evening we serve a delicious dinner accompanied by a buffet of appetizers, salads, desserts and fruit.
And to make each course even more special, we can recommend a good glass of wine from our cellar: a perfect combination to enhance every flavor.
