Prices per person, per night, half board for minimum 4-nights-stay

Discount for 3rd and 4th bed:
up to 12 years - 50%; 12-18 years - 30%; over 18 years of age - 10%

Extra charge for single room: Euro 30,00 per night
Full board extra charge: Euro 15,00 per person
Reducion for only B&B: Euro 10,00 per person

Our prices include:
Buffet breakfast; dinner with menu at choice + buffet of starters, salads and dessert; a snack in the afternoon; cocktail on Sunday; use of the wellness center: indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath, aromatic shower, finnish sauna, vitarium, brechelbad, kneipp, thermarium, infrared cabin, gym.

We offer also:
Bar with smoking area, à la carte restaurant, typical stube, small games room, TV room; beauty salon ( beauty treatments, massage, will be extra charged );
terrace; garden with deck chairs, big chessboard, ping pong;
garage ( free for motorbikes; for car Euro 6,00 per night );
bike storage room; dryer room; coin operated washing machine and drier ( extra charged )
daily suggestion for excursion and motorbike tour;
Golf course ( 9 hole ) 4 Km. far: our guests get 20% discount on the green fee

Accomodation:
All our rooms are equipped with bath or shower, hair dryer, bathrobe, Sat-TV, telephone, safe, fridge, internet connection WI-FI (Euro 3,00 per day)

Check in: rooms are available from 03.00 p.m.
Check out: rooms to be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m.

Animals: we are sorry, but animals are not allowed

Confirmation:
a deposit of Euro 200,00 per room is required for a final confirmation.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure we will charge the full price. In case of cancellation we will keep the requested deposit ( we advise you to purchase holiday insurance to cover cancellation from our homepage )
