Appartements - summer prices

The prices are intended per apartment , for 7 nights, only overnight stay

Included in the price:
bed and bath linen, final cleaning, electricity, 1 parking place in the garage
use of the hotel Evaldo wellness center ( only in the summer )

We offer also:
Bike storage; coin operated washing machine and drier ( extra charge ); bread service ( extra charge); internet WI-FI (Euro 3,00 per day)

Accommodation:
Type A ( 2- 4 pers. ): 1 double room, living room with sofa-bed and kitchen corner,
1 bathroom
Type B ( 4 - 6 pers. ): 1 double room, 1 room with bunk beds, living room with sofa-
bed and kitchen corner, 1 bathroom
or 2 double / triple rooms, living room with kitchen corner, 1
bathroom

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with dishwashing-machine, microwave oven, Sat-TV, safe and telephone.
They are located 100 mt. from the center and 400 mt. from Hotel Evaldo

Check in: apartments are available from 04.00 p.m.
Check out: apartments have to be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m.

Animals: we are sorry, but animals are not allowed

Confirmation:
An account of 20% of the total amount is required for a final confirmation.
In case of delayed arrival or prior departure we will charge the full apartment price. In case of cancellation we will keep the requested deposit ( we advise you to purchase holiday insurance to cover cancellation from our homepage )

Payment conditions:
We inform our guests that the balance has to be paid on the day of arrival ( in Hotel Evaldo ); we will ask also for a refundable deposit of Euro 100,00, returned on the day of departure after having checked the apartment ( the renter is responsible for all damages caused )
